It snowed AGAIN! school was cancelled, we decided it's the solar system day. Thanks cousin Isabella for the idea! Oli & Ry helping O add some extra planets we made some astronauts ate some astronaut freeze dried ice cream that we got from Pacific Science Center last week completed the solar system with Star Wars characters. O even made a paper bag alien puppet later. boys are funny... I think of a nice mobile with all the planets hanging, the boys are thinking aliens, Star Wars, swords.
fun facts at one...Oli can say "mama", "ba-ba"=hold me, "ba"=ball, "uh!"=uh-oh, "tzzzz"=cheese. walks really well, knows "pai-pai sho" (clap hands), kung-fu (chop motion with one arm),blow kiss, wave hi & bye, shake head "no no", up/down (arms up down), plays peek-a-boo, pretend talking on the phone when someone says "hello", throw a ball on command, kick a ball, wave his hand when mommy says "chou-chou" (stinky), pat his head when mommy says "tow-tow", knows how to high five.
Oli had his first birthday party at Great Play, a gym the boys go to every Friday morning. we love the coaches there and the interactive arena is really awesome. Yeh-Yeh and Oli coach Jeff and Oli James took this really cool picture of Oli at the top of the tunnel Oli decided he's not going to crawl thru the tunnel Erming, Frances, & Angela "wheel of colors" game. the kids put their hands in the air to "spin" the wheel, coach has a remote control with him and he makes the wheel turn, then the kids have to go collect that color balls. one of the boys favorite. baby Elijah & Eunice medals for everyone cupcakes time uncle Keone & Auntie JaHye got RyRy a ninja outfit for his birthday since he likes ninjas, thank you! wrappings just as much fun as the actual gifts
