Old Navy model

the Old Navy ad has this mannequin boy named Owen that looks just like our Owen! I'm hoping to get the poster at the store when they take it down.

butterfly

we brought Ry's crysalis home on the last day of school. it hatched while we were at swimming class

graduation

can't believe O graduated from preschool!! He has no idea how many more years of school he has to go thru, but at this point he LOVES school, I hope it stays that way, that learning will always be fun for him.

last day of school for Ry too. waiting to sing the "good bye" song

we got a cookie for Ry from O's graduation party, he was SO SO happy. I tried to catch that huge smile on him but he always make this funny "serious" face when he knows I'm trying to take his picture. makes me laugh every time

exhausting weekend for Oli

O loves playing games on daddy's phone (no we don't usually let him walk around like this, but no worries, Dai-bok will look out for him in between his games)

special treat after swimming class

after dinner at Uncle Walt & Auntie Esther's house, Uncle Walt put up a "monster show" downstairs while the kids watch from top of the stairs. Nobody was willing to go down there to save Uncle Walt from the "monster" that was beating him up...:)

James took Ah-Ma and I to yummy brunch at Kasper's for Mother's day, thank you baby!
boys watching something on daddy's phone

we decided to stop by Pacific Science Center after brunch to see the butterfly pavillion

yikes...I am SO afraid of cockroaches, I had to hold one so Owen will do it with me. these Madagascar hissing cockroaches are very friendly. not pretty but not as creepy as the ones in Taiwan.

ladybugs

we bought a bag of ladybugs to release into our yard, there were hundreds of them in there, we released them in the evening so they don't all just fly away. the boys had fun letting the ladybugs crawl on their hands.
